STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT

(Oslo, Norway, 29 August 2017) Solon Eiendom ASA CEO Andreas Martinussen (through his wholly owned company John Galt Invest AS) has today bought 50,000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 17.15 per share.

Following this transaction Andreas Martinussen through John Galt Invest AS holds 716,667 shares, equaling 1.47% of the total share capital and votes of the Company and 750,000 options, each giving the right to acquire one share in Solon.
